HSBC TreeTop Walk

This post will take you on your first journey above and into Singapore’s flora and fauna. Be prepared for a fabulous, mythical journey through the treetop above the rest. Into the clouds and into the sky.

Welcome to HSBC’s TreeTop Walk! This walk is located inside the Central Catchment Nature Reserve and it is one of a kind!

Now, what exactly is the TreeTop walk about? Well, it is a 25 meters freestanding suspension bridge that connects MacRitchie’s two highest points, that is, Bukit Peirce and Bukit Kalang. The site for the trail was carefully chosen to ensure that plant and animal communities were not disturbed during the building of the bridge. That’s a huge relief for us nature lovers.

You can expect a breathtaking view ranging from the thick canopy of trees and forest birds to the frequent appearing monkeys. The diverse community of plants and animals of the forest is definitely a must see in Singapore! Where else in Singapore are you able to get 25m above the ground to get a close look at the canopy where all the action takes place?

We strongly recommend everyone. Yes, everyone, not just nature enthusiast, but also adventure seekers and couch potatoes, to get up on all of your feet and start your engines towards the treetops, towards the sky.

Shall end off with a short clip of how it's like up there. Apologies for the poor quality and jerkiness. However, it was the best thing I could find that could fit the criteria.
